At Kona Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
